These were available from UFO Catchers/crane games in Japan more than 9 years ago (box still has the ring from the crane game).
New in original box, but has been opened for photos.
Please note that the batteries were not meant to be replaceable, so I am not sure they can be changed or fixed; it may not be possible for the watch to work again.
