The debut issue for Scarlet Steel has finally arrived! Set in the same metaverse as fellow Outpost 426 characters Scorpiana and Mite, Scarlet is a beautiful, brawling superwoman who can knock out the baddest villain at five o'clock and show up for cocktails at six! Originally appearing in Scorpiana #3, this is her first solo issue.
The story kicks off with Scarlet coming to the rescue of her fellow superheroine, Mite, who is in a no-holds-barred battle with none other than Horus himself! The pair emerges triumphant, and after bidding Mite farewell, Scarlet attends a society function hosted by tech mogul Olen Maxx. Also present is Jennifer Pierce, the metahuman known as Arclight. During the gala, Maxx's prototype combat robot -- the Series X Sentry -- malfunctions and goes berserk, threatening the lives of everyone in the city! Was it really an accident?
