It's a vintage candy dish with 2 birds on the sides with their wings spread open..it's a Vaseline uranium depression glass candy dish..it's made by Fenton-Dugan..vintage from 1930-1931..it was manufactured by the Dugan Diamond Glass Co. in Indiana Pennsylvania in 1930-1932..the factory burned on June 27th 1932..closing the production of their glassware..the lighter green glows w/blacklight..the dark green does..this item glows a beautiful green..see photos..pristine condition..no cracks..no chips..no scratches..no repairs..considered a rare find..3.5 tall..7 wide and 7.5 long..if you collect depression glass..this beauty belongs in your collection..!!
