I bought directly from Lewis Brown , the wood artist at a fine art fair in 1993 , the year he noted on the bottom It is a wonderful piece of wooden art , the likes of which I have never seen again this piece has made a few moves with me but is is extraordinary shape and was always in a non smoking home
I don’t know what wood this is, and I have long since lost his card - would love for it to go to an equally appreciative art lover or artist
