Groovy lot of 2 sets of Royal Crown porcelain sold by Anart Creations in New York which imported products from Japan to sell to a Western market. The artist was "Kitty" who painted some especially unique designs including this one called "Santa Barbara". This stylized floral pattern is unmistakably from the psychedelic 1960's/1970's. The same motif is on both the soup mugs & the matching salad/bread plates. Would look fantastic in a retro mod kitchen! Excellent condition with no issues except some tiny manufacturing spots inside & extra paint along the rim (last pic) of the blue mug. I noticed the numbers weren't all the same on the back - maybe a manufacturing code?
The plates are 7.5" in diameter, the stackable mugs about 4.5" & 2.5" inches tall.
