This is a genuine piece of Ford Motor Company history. This "Productivity Award" buckle features a detailed raised-relief scene of workers on an engine assembly line. It is marked "CEP #1", which refers to the Cleveland Engine Plant #1, a historic Ford facility.

-Dimensions: Approximately 3-3/8" wide x 2.5" tall
-Material: Cast metal with a brass-tone finish
-Hardware: Original swivel bar and fixed prong are intact and functional.
Condition:
This is a vintage, issued employee award. The front shows some edge wear and a nice aged patina. The back shows significant surface oxidation and pitting consistent with age and the type of cast metal used (see photos). It remains a solid, functional, and highly collectible piece of automotive history.
