A very tiny example of a authentic Limoges trinket box from France. It was made for the Cardinet company as is stamped on the bottom of the box. The subject matter is a gypsy dancing lady holding a scarf. When you open the box, there is a tiny feather painted inside. It is made of porcelain with a metal band comprising the closure. It measures 3" tall by .75" in length. It weighs less than an ounce. A wonderful addition for any Limoges box collector. It is in excellent condition with no signs of chips or damage.
