This vintage dress is brand new with tags! Made by Piccalino Petites and labeled a size 10P. Light sage green, rust, and terracotta floral print on black. White crochet lace collar and a matching belt. Waistband is elastic only at the back. Little peplum ruffle detail that is only in the front and not the back. Fabric covered buttons in the back. I believe this dress best fits an 8 to a 10. A Medium for sure but please check measurements below to ensure fit.

Bust (armpit to armpit): up to 40" around
Waist is elastic and measures 14" across unstretched, can easily stretch another 2"
Hips are pretty open and can fit up to 48 around.
